But at our core, we are a customer service company that just happens to clean carpet, hardwood floors, upholstery, area rugs, tile and granite. This job isn’t for everyone. You’ll need to stay on task until every customer is satisfied, so if you need to clock out at 5:00 every day, this job isn’t for you (of course not every day is long, some days you’ll clock out at 1:30!). We expect a lot from our people and want to be the best cleaner our customers have ever hired. Must pass a background test, drug test, and have a clean driving record. Daily Responsibilities

• Drive our van to several, pre-set cleaning appointments all over the Nashville area. (No experience necessary, will train.)
• Work with our customers to understand their needs and suggest solutions that will best help them.
• Provide service that goes above and beyond to thrill the customer with how they are treated and the end result.
• Create a healthy, safe environment for the families and their pets.
• Become an expert in the technical aspects of the job, such as cleaning technique, stain removal, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Job will require heavy lifting (about 75 lbs in & out of van as well as up & down stairs in homes).
